Premium Wellness Facility

BEfit Reset is a premium wellness and recovery centre designed to help you recover, recharge and reset.

Our private recovery pods give you your own dedicated space to relax and recover in complete comfort. Each pod combines sauna, cold-water therapy and private shower facilities, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy at your own pace, without sharing the space with other members.

Whether you’re looking to improve recovery after training, reduce stress, boost wellbeing or simply take some time for yourself, BEfit Reset provides a calm, modern environment built around your physical and mental wellbeing.

Book a private pod individually or with a partner and make recovery part of your routine.

Your space. Your recovery. Your reset. Pre Booking is essential to ensure your recovery pod is fully prepared and ready for your arrival. Pre-booking allows our team to set the sauna to the correct temperature in advance, so you can make the most of your session from the moment you arrive.
